The Role & Specialized Care The family is looking for someone with strong infant experience who is passionate about helping babies grow through tummy time, sensory play, reading, singing, and outdoor walks. Notably, one of the boys was born with a cleft lip and will undergo surgery around 10 weeks of age. The ideal candidate will be deeply comfortable supporting his unique feeding needs, though the family is fully prepared to provide any additional training necessary to ensure you feel confident and supported.

Core Responsibilities

Daily Infant Care: Managing bottle feeding, baby food/snack preparation, and maintaining healthy, consistent nap routines.
Developmental Play: Engaging the twins in sensory play, outdoor adventures, and age-appropriate milestones.
Household Support: Handling child-related tasks, such as washing bottles, doing the children’s laundry, and light housekeeping in their play and sleep areas.
Collaboration: Providing frequent updates and maintaining flexible communication with the parents (both dads occasionally work from home).

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Proven infant experience and an open-minded, initiative-taking approach to childcare.
Vibe: Positive, energetic, and eager to create an engaging, educational environment.
Skills: Swimming ability is completely required (the family will provide specialized water-safety training if needed).

Schedule

Current: 3 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (through February 1).
Transitioning to: 4 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
