SOUS CHEF | LUXURY SAFARI LODGE
Near Musina, Limpopo
A prestigious 4-star luxury lodge is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join its culinary team.
The Opportunity
- Work in an exclusive luxury lodge environment
- Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Deliver consistently high-quality, beautifully presented cuisine
- Maintain excellent food, hygiene and kitchen standards
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service
Requirements
Previous Sous Chef experience, preferably within a luxury lodge, safari or 4-star/5-star hospitality environment
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Confident team leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for exceptional guest experiences
