Warehouse Assistant (3-months Contract)

We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. This role suits individuals who prefer practical work and clear routines. Training will be provided, and prior warehouse experience is not required.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing payment terminals and accessories
  
• Pack, prepare and check terminals for deployment
  
• Update inventory and maintain accurate stock/serial number records
  
• Perform basic terminal setup and testing (training provided)
  
• Check, clean and process returned terminals
  
• Follow SOPs and ensure all stock movements are properly recorded
  
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
  

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email
  
• Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented
  
• Able to follow instructions and SOPs
  
• Basic English communication skills
  
• Willing to learn basic terminal setup/testing
  
• Basic IT knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, mobile data and internet)
  
• Physically fit and able to handle items weighing approximately 10kg to 28kg
  
• Warehouse experience is an advantage but not required
  

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
  
• 3 months contract
  
• With option to extend contract after 3 months
  
• Additional hours or occasional weekend support may be required based on operational needs
