Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who can manage multiple channels, from websites and SEO to email campaigns and social media while driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Website & SEO Management

• Manage and maintain two primary company websites
  

• Lead website design updates, enhancements, and ongoing edits
  

• Create and publish blogs, landing pages, and new content
  

• Implement and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings
  

Email Marketing & Outreach

• Develop and execute targeted email campaigns
  

• Create and distribute weekly newsletters
  

• Manage outreach strategies to drive engagement and lead generation
  

• Track and optimize outbound marketing KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.)
  

Social Media Management

• Oversee and grow presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Threads
  

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content
  

• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  

• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
  

Video Content Creation

• Produce and edit video content for YouTube and social platforms
  

• Create short-form (1–2 minute) video clips for marketing campaigns
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling visual storytelling
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors
  

• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and website management tools (WordPress / CMS)
  

• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
  

• Proficiency in social media strategy and analytics
  

• Basic video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools)
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and data-driven
