 Role Overview

Handle customer interactions, resolve technical queries, and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling while delivering excellent customer service.

 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats and emails
  
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting
  
• Drive upselling and cross-selling
  
• Achieve CSAT, Quality, Productivity and Sales KPIs
  
• Maintain customer interaction records
  
• Follow quality, compliance and company guidelines
  

 Eligibility

• Graduation is mandatory
  
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service / Technical Support / Sales
  
• International BPO experience preferred
  
• Excellent English communication
  
• Strong customer handling and sales skills
