ELV Sales Engineer

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities, acquiring new customers from the ground up, leveraging existing industry relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s ELV solutions.
  
• The role covers the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, requirements gathering, solution design, proposal and quotation preparation, BOQs, technical presentations, vendor coordination, responding to RFPs and tenders, commercial negotiations, and closing deals.
  
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and solutions, including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, public address systems, and building management systems (BMS).
  
• Proven experience in technical sales or solution selling within ELV, physical security, IT infrastructure, or related industries, with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into competitive technical solutions, proposals, quotations, and BOQs.
  
• Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
  
• Good commercial awareness and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a Sales Engineering or related technical role.
  
• Relevant vendor certifications are considered a strong advantage.
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
