Odoo Functional Consultant

SkyTech is looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding clients’ business requirements, translating them into effective Odoo solutions, configuring Odoo modules, and supporting the implementation process from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse client business requirements and processes.
  
• Translate business requirements into functional Odoo solutions.
  
• Configure and implement Odoo modules based on business needs.
  
• Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional requirements/documentation.
  
• Work closely with the development team on required customizations and integrations.
  
• Perform functional testing and support UAT.
  
• Conduct system demonstrations and user training.
  
• Support data migration, system configuration, and implementation activities.
  
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
  
• Follow up with clients and ensure successful project delivery.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
  
• Good knowledge of key Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Project Management.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
  
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Very good command of Arabic and English.
  
• Odoo Functional Certification is a plus.
