Senior Accountant - Client Onboarding

Position Title: Senior Accountant - Client Onboarding Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission Benefits as per UAE labor law plus airline ticket and company phone Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading business advisory in Dubai providing accounting, tax, compliance, and corporate support solutions. Job Description: - Lead client onboarding activities, including understanding business operations, reviewing accounting processes, and implementing efficient accounting workflows. - Act as the key liaison between clients and the accounting team, ensuring smooth handovers, team training, issue resolution, and quality control. - Review and support UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including tax assessments, reconciliations, and regulatory requirements. - Review financial reports and management accounts, ensure IFRS compliance, and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage. - Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience with strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations. - Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally ERP/Prime, and Advanced Microsoft Excel. - Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience in client onboarding and process implementation.
