MEP BIM Engineer

Develop MEP BIM models using BIM Software.

Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs.

Perform clash detection

Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.

Update models based on design revisions and site changes.

Support LOD 300/400 modeling requirements.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling..

Experience in HVAC Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting modeling.

Ability to prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BOQs.

Understanding of BIM standards, LOD 300/400, and clash detection.

Good knowledge of construction drawings and MEP systems.

Ability to coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and site teams.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
