Talent Development Officer

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Talent Development Officer to join our client in the oil & gas sector in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on executing talent management, succession planning, learning & development, graduate development, and employee engagement programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate talent reviews, assessments, succession planning, and maintain talent databases.
• Manage learning frameworks, training calendars, training needs analysis, workshops, and programme effectiveness.
• Coordinate graduate development programmes, individual development plans, and employee development pathways.
• Support leadership development programmes, professional certifications, and relationships with learning partners and institutions.
• Execute employee engagement surveys, analyse results, and track engagement action plans.
• Coordinate townhalls, employee workshops, internal communications, and engagement initiatives.
• Support employee benefits, wellbeing programmes, and related employee queries.
• Manage L&D and engagement vendors, programme records, HRIS data, reporting, and budget tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in talent management, learning & development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Strong programme coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Experience with psychometric/assessment tools and HRIS platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across multiple organisational levels.
