What You'll Do

As a Retail Insurance Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers visiting our office.

• Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

• Help customers identify solutions that fit their individual needs.

• Assist customers with applications and other enrollment-related steps.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Work with your team to support sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.

• Keep the retail sales environment organized and welcoming.

• Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.
