Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in the Construction industry to oversee and coordinate project activities from planning through execution. The candidate will work closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per project schedules.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, and site teams.
Review project drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, work progress, and resource requirements.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate material requirements and follow up on procurement and deliveries.
Attend project and site coordination meetings.
Identify site issues and provide technical solutions in coordination with the concerned teams.
Monitor subcontractor performance and work progress.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
Ensure timely completion and handover of assigned project activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
Mandatory experience in the Construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and project coordination.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of project management software will be an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
