Joinery Manufacturing Manager | Luxury Fit-Out

We are currently recruiting an experienced Joinery Manufacturing Manager on behalf of a leading luxury fit-out company in the UAE.

The company is looking for an experienced professional who can take ownership of the joinery manufacturing and factory operations, ensuring that production runs efficiently, projects are delivered on schedule, and the required quality standards are consistently maintained.
About the Role
As the Joinery Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall manufacturing process within the factory. This is a hands-on management position where you will work closely with production teams, supervisors, project teams, procurement, design, and site execution teams to ensure that projects move smoothly from production planning through to final delivery.
You will be expected to have a strong understanding of joinery manufacturing, production planning, factory workflows, manpower management, quality control, material utilization, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the joinery and manufacturing facility.
  
• Plan and monitor production schedules based on project requirements and deadlines.
  
• Ensure production activities are completed on time and according to required quality standards.
  
• Manage manpower, production capacity, workflow, and resource allocation within the factory.
  
• Supervise production supervisors, carpenters, machine operators, craftsmen, and other factory personnel.
  
• Monitor the complete manufacturing process, including woodworking, CNC operations, assembly, finishing, and final quality checks.
  
• Coordinate closely with project management, procurement, design, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Identify potential delays, production bottlenecks, or resource constraints and implement appropriate solutions.
  
• Improve productivity, optimize factory workflows, and minimize material wastage.
  
• Monitor material consumption, production costs, and overall operational efficiency.
  
• Ensure finished products meet the required specifications and quality expectations before dispatch to site.
  
• Maintain proper production procedures, safety standards, and factory discipline.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility.
