Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a commercial role in education technology, public sector sales, or a related field in emerging markets.
• 5 years of experience in people management, including coaching teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience engaging with executive government officials and academic leaders.
• Experience with established networks within AMESA (Africa, Middle East, and South Asia) markets.
• Track record in architecting AI adoption strategies and commercial negotiations at scale.
• Excellent thinking and communication skills.
