Frontend Developer - Angular

About the Job: Infoya is seeking a Senior Software Developer with deep Angular expertise to own frontend features from design through delivery. You will work independently, guide other developers through code reviews and troubleshooting, and collaborate with architects, business analysts, quality analysts, and project managers to deliver accessible, reliable applications.

Position Responsibilities:

• Own the design, development, testing, and delivery of Angular features and modules with minimal supervision; communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively.
  
• Translate user requirements into scalable frontend solutions and partner with cross functional teams to define and deliver features that meet business needs.
  
• Write maintainable, testable code; analyze and resolve defects, performance issues, and bottlenecks against agreed quality and service targets.
  
• Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior and mid level developers through knowledge sharing.
  
• Contribute to frontend architecture, coding standards, tooling decisions, documentation, and improvements in scalability, accessibility, and engineering practices.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 7+ years of experience in Angular and frontend development experience.
  
• Hands on experience building Angular applications (versions 19–21) using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SCSS, including responsive, mobile first interfaces.
  
• Experience with Material Design, frontend design patterns, and state management using NgRx and RxJS, along with data structures, web performance, and package management.
  
• Experience with server-side rendering and lazy loading in Angular, plus Node.js and Express for server-side functionality such as authentication flows.
  
• Experience working with APIs, including integration and review of API contracts.
  
• Experience with unit and integration testing using Vitest, CI/CD pipelines and build analysis using Jenkins, and monorepos with module federation.
  
• Knowledge of frontend security, browser behavior, local and session storage, and accessible development aligned with AODA and WCAG.
  
• Ability to support interfaces across iOS, Android, iPad, and TC52 devices; proficiency with version control and delivery tools such as Bitbucket and Jira.
  
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and mentoring skills; ability to work independently and collaborate in Agile or Scrum teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Design/Code.
  
• Experience helping teams improve frontend architecture, development processes, and engineering standards
  

Benefits

Salary Range: $100,000 to $110,000 CAD/ year

The final compensation offered will depend on local market conditions and geographic location, as well as job-related factors such as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and education/training. Compensation may also include additional components such as benefits, and/or other incentives, where applicable.
