Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to grow student enrollment and secure corporate training contracts.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations, institutions, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
Market training programs, generate new business opportunities, and manage client engagements from lead follow-up to conversion.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and agreements.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the training and security sectors.
Generate regular sales, enrollment, and business performance reports for management while providing high-quality customer service. ·

Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the security or training sector is an added advantage).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. ·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and customer relationship management skills.
