We are currently looking for an experiencedReporting Analyst – Power BIto join our team in Manila.

Job Summary

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements, analyze data, and deliver accurate and meaningful insights to support business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.

• Create data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Power BI.

• Develop and maintaindata models, reports, and dashboards.

• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.

• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues.

• Ensure reports are delivered accurately and within required timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills

• At least5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.

• Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Power BIand dashboard development.

• Experience withPower BI data modeling and visualization.

• Strong knowledge ofSQLand relational databases.

• Experience withDAXand Power Query.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

• Understanding of data quality, validation, and reporting processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• At least5 years of relevant experience in Power BI and reporting.

• Proven experience developing business reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
