Dunn Wright’s Exteriors is growing, and we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners find the right solutions for their repair, maintenance, and upgrade needs. In this role, you will meet directly with customers, assess their home exteriors, and provide tailored recommendations that drive value and trust.

This is a high-income opportunity ideal for individuals who excel in consultative sales, enjoy working face-to-face with customers, and are driven by performance-based earnings and career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)

• Present service options, pricing, and financing solutions clearly and confidently

• Build trust with homeowners and close service, repair, or replacement projects

• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on open opportunities

• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics in CRM systems

• Ability to explain technical services in a clear, simple way

• Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that can be used to transport a ladder

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales (exteriors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or similar highly preferred)

• Background in in-home sales or commission-based roles

• Familiarity with service estimates, inspections, or home improvement solutions
