Position Overview

We are seeking an outstanding IB DP Coordinator to join our exceptional team from January 2027. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop a lifelong appreciation for learning, while contributing to the continued success of our vibrant learning community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the effective implementation and ongoing development of the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) in line with IB standards, practices and school priorities.
Ensure the school remains compliant with all IB requirements, policies, procedures and assessment regulations, coordinating key deadlines and submissions.
Support and guide DP teachers in curriculum planning, assessment, moderation and the delivery of high-quality IB teaching and learning.
Coordinate the administration of the Diploma Programme, including student registrations, examinations, internal assessments and communication with the IB.
Work closely with students, parents, teachers and school leadership to support subject selection, student progress and successful completion of the Diploma Programme.
Lead professional learning and collaboration across the DP team, promoting best practice and contributing to the continued development of the school’s IB provision.
