Qualification & Experience

Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: 0–1 year; freshers can apply.
Skills: Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Computer Knowledge: Basic MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and internet skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.
Explain courses, counsel prospects, and convert leads into enrollments.
Follow up with leads and handle basic objections.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams.

Required Skills

Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable with calling and target-based sales.
Good listening, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of sales and CRM.
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.

Important: This is a target-driven outbound sales role. Candidates should be comfortable with regular calling, follow-ups, and enrollment conversions.

Salary Offered: 25k to 30k
Work Schedule: 5 days a week + 2nd & 4th Saturday off
Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
