Job Summary

Administers and supports the district’s cloud environments, services, identities, and operational tooling. Maintains secure, reliable, and cost-conscious cloud operations; monitors health and capacity; resolves incidents; manages backups and access; and documents configurations and procedures.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience

·         3–5 years of systems or cloud administration experience

·         Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud

·         Proficiency with identity and access management, networking, monitoring, backup, and scripting/automation

·         Working knowledge of security controls and IT service management

·         Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. Relevant cloud certification preferred.

Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered. Assignment-specific requirements may apply.
