Production Support Engineer (L1/L2/L3)

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Production Support Engineer (L1/L2/L3) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The requirement supports banking clients and seeks skilled, motivated professionals with strong production support expertise across server administration, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and incident management. Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications within banking environments.
  
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server environments.
  
• Support and diagnose production workloads hosted across both AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

• Investigate API failures, connectivity issues, response errors, and application integration problems.
  
• Execute SQL queries and perform database-level troubleshooting to identify production issues.
  
• Manage incidents according to ITIL practices, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
  
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with relevant technical teams during high-priority incidents.
  
• Monitor production systems and help maintain service availability and operational stability.
  

Required Skills

1. Linux & Windows Server Administration — Strong hands-on administration and troubleshooting experience is mandatory.
   
2. AWS & Azure Cloud — Mandatory hands-on experience working with both cloud platforms.
   
3. API Troubleshooting — Ability to understand APIs and debug API-related production issues.
   
4. SQL & Database Troubleshooting — Strong SQL knowledge with practical database troubleshooting capability.
   
5. ITIL & Incident Management — Expertise in ITIL processes and managing high-pressure production incidents.
   

Preferred Skills

• Production monitoring and root-cause-analysis experience.
  
• Application support experience in business-critical environments.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team incident coordination capabilities.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 4–10 years of experience. Experience in the banking domain is mandatory, along with hands-on production/application support exposure. Candidates should have practical experience supporting critical systems and resolving production incidents under pressure.

• Minimum: Typical qualification — Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
