We are looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring landscape works, including hardscape, interlock, irrigation, softscape, planting, and related works, ensuring that all activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

6–8 years of relevant experience.

Strong specialization and experience in Landscape Architecture.

Proven experience in landscape and site development projects.

Experience in hardscape, interlock, irrigation, softscape, planting, and related works.

Good knowledge of landscape materials, construction methods, and technical specifications.

Experience in reviewing landscape drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other relevant software is preferred.

Experience in site supervision and coordination with contractors and consultants.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements

Supervise and monitor the execution of hardscape, interlock, irrigation, softscape, planting, and landscaping works.

Review and verify landscape drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals.

Ensure all landscape works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.

Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality of executed works.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project teams.

Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.

Identify and resolve technical issues related to landscape works.

Review materials and ensure they comply with approved specifications.

Prepare and review site reports and technical documentation.

Ensure proper coordination between landscape, irrigation, civil, and other related works.

Follow up on interlock, paving, irrigation systems, planting, and other landscape activities throughout the project.
